About

I was born in the Yvelines on 18/06/1994.

At the age of 4 I took my first rides.

At the age of 6, I joined the Liffré club for the next 10 years.

There are pallets at home, wooden boards and reels to improve my trial technique.

At the time, I took part in the regional trophy for young mountain bikers called TRJV, which included ten races in which we practised cross-country, downhill and trials. I arrived as a young rider in order to be in the top group of the 80 participants present on average over the year. It was a great season for me as I was runner-up in the Bretagne championship and champion of Ille et Vilaine. A great reward!

The 4 best regional riders in their category qualify for the National Trophy for Young Mountain bikers called TNJV which will take place in Superdévoluy in the Alps with the Italian, Austrian, Belgian and DOM-TOM selections.

A great experience that will make me want to dedicate myself to downhill mountain biking for the following seasons. At that time, I also discovered other sports such as road biking, track detections and duathlon.

At 22, I’m back in the mountains in the winter for the seasons, London in the summer to discover another language and culture. I do a bit of BMX racing and I’m also a bike courier therev.

I started a training course with UCPA to prepare for the DE Alpine Ski Instructor, then the organisation offered me a bi-qualification as a cycling activity instructor with the option of mountain biking.

It is once again a great experience that allows me to train with professionals across the Alps from Chamonix to Les Deux Alpes and Serre-Chevalier.

During this first season as a trainee instructor, I am teaching all levels, it is formative to have weekly groups and to see their progress, especially with the very varied clientele of the UCPA.

With my diploma in hand, I continued on my way and went to work independently with the PLAYBIKE school at Club Med des Arcs.

Here too, I have an intense season ahead of me, with a large team, a large fleet of bikes, mainly for teaching “expert downhill mountain biking”, but also with “E-BIKES electric enduros”.

The last few years have really allowed me to connect with the environments and sports I enjoy and I am curious to discover new cycling disciplines such as Dirt, BMX park or roaming trips.

I was able to do a season last year at the MCF in Alpe d’Huez, which was just as rewarding and exciting to discover a new environment.

Last autumn I also completed a diploma in cycle sales mechanics at the CNPC in Paris to complete my mechanical knowledge.

From now on, my goal is to share my experience, vision and philosophy of cycling in general through my own structure.

So I look forward to meeting you all to share some good times,

Théo
